Engagement of Retired Government Employees as Consultants

DRDO invites applications from retired government employees for engagement as Consultants in various technical fields on a contract basis. This is a short-term contract at the Aeronautical Development Establishment (ADE), Bengaluru.

Available Positions:

1. Consultant (Post Code: 2024/ADE/231)
• Pay Level: 13 (7th CPC)
• Duration: 1 year (extendable as per norms)
• Location: ADE, Bengaluru
• Field: UAV Test Pilot – Internal Pilot
2. Consultant (Post Code: 2024/ADE/232)
• Pay Level: 13 (7th CPC)
• Duration: 1 year (extendable)
• Location: ADE, Bengaluru
• Field: UAV Test Pilot – External Pilot
3. Consultant (Post Code: 2024/ADE/233)
• Pay Level: 12 (7th CPC)
• Duration: 1 year (extendable)
• Location: ADE, Bengaluru
• Field: UAV Test/System Engineer
4. Consultant (Post Code: 2024/ADE/234)
• Pay Level: 12 (7th CPC)
• Duration: 1 year (extendable)
• Location: ADE, Bengaluru
• Field: UAV Payload Observer

Eligibility Criteria:

• Retired from: Central/State Government, PSUs, Autonomous Bodies, or Government R&D organizations.
• Experience: In relevant technical fields; preference for those with experience in DRDO.
• Maximum Age: 63 years.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
