Eligibility:

  • Age: 20 to 28 years (as on 1st August 2024)
  • Education: Graduation from a recognized university
  • Proficiency in the local language of the state you're applying to

Selection Process:

  1. Online Test covering General Awareness, English, Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude, and Computer Knowledge.
  2. Local Language Proficiency test (if applicable).
  3. Medical Examination.


Fees:

  • General/OBC: ₹800 + GST
  • Females/SC/ST/PWD: ₹400 – ₹600 + GST (depending on category)

How apply for the Union Bank of India's Apprenticeship program, follow these steps:


Steps to Apply:

  1. Register on Government Apprenticeship Portals:
    • Go to the NAPS Portal (for all candidates): Click Here
    • NATS Portal (only for graduates after 1st April 2020): Click Here
    • Complete your registration on the respective portal(s). You'll receive a Registration Code (NAPS) or Enrolment ID (NATS) after successful registration.
  2. Search and Apply for Union Bank of India Apprenticeship:
    • On the NAPS Portal, search for "Union Bank of India" under Search by Establishment Name and apply.
    • On the NATS Portal, log in, and find Union Bank of India’s apprenticeship advertisement and apply.
  3. Pay the Examination Fee:
    • After applying, you will receive an email from BFSI SSC (naik.ashwini@bfsissc.com) asking for more details and payment instructions.
    • Make the fee payment online via debit card, credit card, internet banking, or UPI.
    • Fees:
      • General/OBC: ₹800 + GST
      • Female/SC/ST: ₹600 + GST
      • PwBD: ₹400 + GST
  4. Confirmation:
    • Upon successful payment, you will receive an e-receipt by email. Keep this for future reference.

Important:

  • Keep your login credentials (IDs and passwords) safe, as you'll need them for various activities throughout the apprenticeship process.
  • You must apply online, as no other mode of application is accepted.
  • Ensure your application is complete and that you've paid the exam fee before the deadline on 17th September 2024.

  • Total Duration: 60 minutes
  • The test will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions, each carrying one mark.

Additional Tests:

  • Local Language Test: If selected, you may need to prove proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, understanding) in the local language of the state you're applying for. This can be verified through your 10th/12th-grade certificates or by taking a language test.

Final Selection:

  • Candidates must meet the cut-off marks in the online test.
  • Final selection will also include:
    • Document verification (age, category, educational qualifications).
    • Local language proficiency test.
    • Medical examination (Candidates need to submit a fitness certificate).
