Mission Basundhara 3.0 is an initiative by the Assam government, launched by Chief Minister Shri Himanta Biswa Sharma. It aims to digitize land records and simplify land revenue services, making them more accessible to the public. The scheme provides a range of services for landowners and farmers, enhancing efficiency and transparency in land management.

 

Key Features of Mission Basundhara 3.0:

#Launched by: Chief Minister Shri Himanta Biswa Sharma.

#Beneficiaries: Farmers, landowners, and citizens of Assam.

#Objective: To streamline and improve public access to land revenue services and update land records digitally.

#Launch Date: October 2, 2021 (initial phase); Mission 3.0 launched after two successful phases.


Services Available Under Mission Basundhara 3.0:
  1. Settlement of Khas and ceiling surplus land.
  2. Settlement of occupancy tenants.
  3. Settlement of special cultivators and hereditary land of Tribal Communities.
  4. Regularization of PGR and VGR land.
  5. Online payment of land revenue.
  6. Mutation by right of inheritance.
  7. Mutation after deed registration.
  8. Partition for undisputed cases.
  9. Conversion from Annual Patta to Periodic Patta.
  10. Reclassification of agricultural land to non-agricultural (less than 1 bigha).
  11. Striking out of names from Patta.
  12. Allotment certificate to Periodic Patta.
  13. Legacy data and mobile number updation.



Eligibility Criteria:

  1. The applicant must be a permanent resident of Assam.
  2. The applicant must be registered for Mission Basundhara.
  3. The applicant must have all necessary documents, such as Aadhaar card, land revenue receipt, and others related to land ownership.

  1. Enter Mobile Number and Captcha:
